Young people, families and older people will live alongside each other in a mixed, balanced and multi-generational community with communal area, garden and growing space. The development will be located in a rural location on the edge of Bristol with good transport links to work and education in the city. The name ‘The Well’ symbolises a space where all can gather round to be nourished, sustained and known.
